How Decluttering Your Life Can Create More Headspace

Were you one of those children who loved moving their furniture around in their bedroom, always looking for ways to change things up. Or, perhaps you were less interested in that and your bedroom floor was a sea of clothes which did not bother you at all. As you moved into your older years, you may have stayed the same, or potentially you began to wish you had the inclination to keep things tidy, and get rid of the excess of ‘stuff’ in your house but just could not motivate yourself to do this.

I certainly always fell into the moving furniture category, desperate to create a new space, and always unpacking as soon as I walk back through the day having been away. Being neat and tidy, with minimal clutter, not only clears my head but also calms me.
