What does Poppy Dundas do?

I started Poppy Dundas after realising just how many people there are who either dislike organising or simply don’t have the time for it. It became clear that while so many people are incredibly talented, creative, and driven, the organisational side of things often holds them back.

For me, organising has always been second nature. From a young age, I was the one making lists—whether it was jotting down things to remember for the morning or creating to-do lists just for fun. I even loved clearing out my wardrobe, packing for trips, and writing endless packing lists. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed, and it felt like a natural extension of my personality.

As I got older, my organisational skills grew, and I began to notice a recurring theme. The inspiring people I was surrounded by—whether they were parents, entrepreneurs, or friends running their own businesses—had one thing in common: they all hated the organising side of their lives. While they thrived in their passions, creativity, and business ventures, the practical tasks of scheduling, planning, and organising often felt like a heavy burden.

It started small—I’d help friends with newsletters or assist in organising in-person events. But as I did more of this, I saw the potential for something bigger. I saw how much of a difference organisation could make in people’s lives. For me personally, having a clear plan and an organised life is the difference between a good day and a bad day. When things are in order, my mental space is clearer, and I feel less stressed.

As someone who has always dealt with anxiety, I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when things are disorganised. I’ve learned that when I’m organised and on top of things, I feel a hundred times better—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s not just about checking off tasks; it’s about creating the headspace to think clearly, breathe easier, and perform better.

That’s why I decided to start Poppy Dundas—to help others who are in the same boat. Whether you're a busy parent, a creative entrepreneur, or someone simply looking to regain control of your day-to-day life, I’m here to help. My mission is to support people in creating a more organised and balanced life, so they can focus on the things that truly matter.

I'm excited to continue working with amazing clients, helping them become the best versions of themselves by taking the stress of organisation off their shoulders. Because I know from personal experience—the more organised we are, the better we can show up for ourselves and for others.
